Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Other items must be unused, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Bodysuits, Faja's, undergarments, Waist trainers, workout gear, and accessories are non-refundable. Snatch Bans will allow 1 exchange as long as it meets all the return and exchange policies. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned.If we do not have the packaging slip then we will not know the information to properly process your return. your return may experience issues in processing. Or package will be sent back.
